Duncan is a first-generation Saint Lucian in the UK. He has maintained strong links there and it is his passion to be able to contribute to the continuous learning sector as part of our Voluntary Service Framework. He comes with extensive experience both in and outside the classroom.
His expertise also includes developing bespoke management systems, policies procedures, administration systems, centre resources, and centre assessment processes to ensure training providers have a robust quality assurance framework for those seeking accreditation.

He also specialises in assisting businesses to build capacity in the Health and Social Care Sector such as Domiciliary Care, Semi-independent living. 
He lives in East London with his family.
