We believe that entrepreneurial people have greater opportunity at gaining meaningful employment or creating employment. It has a role to play in generating decent work for nationals and drive economic development. 

Being enterprising and entrepreneurial involves spotting an unexploited opportunity and making the most of it not only for personal gain but also for social and developmental gain. It requires the skills to identify a gap in the market and fill it.

Or it can also involve trying something new or improving a process to increase efficiency or boost results. Though this skill can be innate, it can become more effective if trained.  We hope to provide opportunities to train our people into entrepreneurial skills in an effort to unleash their economic potential.
