He worked extensively in the Hotel industry in the Caribbean before moving to the UK from Saint Lucia in 2001.
Mathew has worked in Training and Education since 2007 and employed as Director for a small Training Company. He has assisted a number of similar sized companies develop robust quality systems to comply with external stakeholders such as Ofsted and Ofqual.
He has been involved in community work from a young age, a path that has followed throughout his adult life. His passion is about enabling others to find their path.
When not working, he can be found doing voluntary work, trying out new cultural foods or baking black cake – anytime of year!
